Hard to prove intent kill when you’re just supplying the weak with their own means to possibly kill themselves, accidentally or purposely. However precedent has been set by prosecutors in the Dr. Kevorkian case. I’m for it, but the cost-benefit analysis says life in prison in faster and cheaper. This and a Great Big Beautiful Wall stretching the length of our Southern border to cut the flow of drugs off to the addicts on the street. This and the repealing of the insane propositions that tie the hands of law enforcement and release convicted felons and sex offenders back on the streets to terrorize us all. Finish that wall! I personally am fed up with the Drug Addicts the Pimps and the Hookers on the street in Eureka daily plying their trade that spills over and into every community with the resulting burglarys, car break-ins and violent crime as a result. Something gotta give and the law abiding, hard working people like me are just playing tired of it. We didn’t used to have to be on gaurd 24/7. The second you drop your gaurd it’s stolen or vandalized because there is no consequence for the action.
While the Death Penalty seams like a perfect deterrent to Crime it’s actually not. It’s so seldomly applied.

The Point has been made! In areas where drugs and every other manner contraband, human or otherwise was freely driven across, biked or walked has been stopped. When you go from driving a vehicle loaded with drugs across to your connection to throwing a tennis ball full of drugs, said barrier is having a drastic effect. A taller, thicker, deeper Wall will have a even better one.

In a universe where ladders, ropes, pulleys and tunnels hadn’t been invented, a 30 foot wall might deter at least a few drug smugglers. Here in the real world, not so much.
