The Hill’s headline reads: “Trump attorney blights Stormy Daniels’s credibility in tempestuous cross-exam.”
The following is taken from the article:
Across three hours of questioning over two days, the defense attorney insinuated Daniels’s work in porn made her ready to cash in.
“You have a lot of experience in making phony stories about sex appear to be real, correct?” Necheles asked Thursday.
That is among the stupidest questions I’ve seen asked in court and yet it’s the first the Hill highlights as an example of “blighting” her credibility.

This is a sham trial and Stormy Daniels is a prostitute who had one encounter with Trump some 17 years ago and then tried to extort money from him when he decided to run for President.
She had nothing to add to the trial and was only there so they could embarrass Trump and hurt him in the election.
This trial is headed toward a hung jury.

Cohen’s testimony on Monday will probably rival the New Palestine event…..

The testimony was necessary to establish exactly what it was that Trump wanted to hide from voters and why he was willing to pay to do so. Again, that is not against the law, but filing fraudulent documents to hide the money spent to do so from the FEC is. The defense being offered so far? “He’s Donald Trump.”

Apparently, “jail time” for gag order violations will only be 2 to 3 hours in a cell at the court house. Look for Trump to force the judge to jail him, then milk it for all it’s worth……

He could be held for as long as 30 days. But probably it will begin with a few hours. Trump is taking a chance there because being thrown in jail may not have the political effect he’s hoping for. It’s untested.

EK @ 10:04 is right,
I contend Trumptard had more than one reason to keep his woody pecker piliated secretly… he just could not transparently tell Stormy to get bent, get lost… and that is key to my way of thought…

If it was to protect his family, then there was no need to falsify the documents to hide the money from the FEC. Plus, Pecker testified it was about the election. Cohen will testify it was about the election.
And mostly, the timing will suggest it was about the election. Of the 30 or so women who have accused him of sexual assault or harassment, most of them took place prior to his marriage to Melania in 2005. Most of the rest took place between 2005 and 2008. Pecker, Cohen, and the “catch and kill” team met in 2015 – 10 years too late to worry about protecting the family, but just in time to be protecting the election campaign.
Good luck with the “it was about the family” defense.

Of course, none of that matters if a cultist got on the jury.
