About 1000 votes since they reported 870 or so remaining, and I guess there are still more to be counted. Can’t be many.
April Van Dyke is back up to slightly over 61 percent. Note that there are over 4000 undervotes for that race, about twice as many as for other countywide votes. That’s a lot of people who couldn’t vote for the incumbent, but wouldn’t vote for a “restorative justice” liberal.
Lake County has the biggest batch of votes left. San Diego has the second biggest. Many of the counties have submitted their final reports, including Trinity and Mendo. In our Assembly District, we’ve got some straggling votes here, in Del Norte, and Sonoma. Again, I don’t think anywhere near enough to push Hicks over Rogers. The latest official AD2 count probably doesn’t include yesterday’s Humboldt report, but I don’t think it matters.

Oh EK, dreams that voting is popular…
…not by data metrics…voting is a losing proposition…
…real restorative justice is to kick Dyke in her CUNT, Greg and the insider in their CUNT too…judges are losers for human beings…
…numbers are down because people don’t want to vote for system abusive judges who are crooked and have zero internal principles of doing right… or whom serve not the people, but their government scam opportunity…
…Dyke is not an unbiased, unprejudiced elected buffoon… but rather comes across as a social news networking bone picker with a political agenda…
… I congratulate the mental retard Humboldt voters for their low IQ levels… I mean, just getting a vote submitted is an accomplishment in and of itself for the wax-coated vegetable voters, albeit unwise… but them veggies are brainless, so there is that…
👍 not voting for any of the judge candidate pieces of shit was the only option!

Do you really think there’s a coherent point in there Henchman?

EK is too ruffled over a point of fact – Judges are politicians that run campaigns on social agendas to win, thus rendering any judge as not qualifiable…
I can laugh…it’s funny voters are so naive…

Shasta still has voting machines Henchman. They never implemented a hand-counting system. Nobody even knew how to start organizing it, and when the state told them they couldn’t do it, they caved.

“Caved”… lol, guessing that great news was not worthy of your continued nuance articles of being anti-Shasta County elections…
…except that now the argument is whether the State can take over Shasta’s elections if locals won’t use “DOMINION” machines… and I suspect it is going to Supreme Court that a State can’t enforce what local processes are used for election ballot counting…
…machine votes can be hand counted, yes🤷♂️…
machine votes can index to actual registered voters, yes🤷♂️…
…and at last check, no caving yet… unless articles online are missing…
It’s now up to the board of supervisors to decide whether or not to move forward with a mandate to count votes by hand.

Shasta County is still using machines. The legislature passed a bill banning hand-counting unless a county can come up with a state-approved plan which would guarantee that the counting meets the state deadlines. The Board approved $950,000 to implement a hand counting system but as Eric said they don’t even know how to set it up. It could mean having to hire hundreds or maybe even over a thousand people to count with a proposed training program. The $950,000 could be a drop in the bucket. Crye survived the recall but his buddy Patrick Jones was defeated by a sane person.

EK did not say a thing, but did write some fantasia about “caved”…
Shasta finished it’s counting before Humboldt, EVEN WITH 60k more people in it’s county pitching forks, tars and feathers…
…EK has zippo integrity of course, so whatever EK writes is always an episodic event…

State deadlines… since Shasta is already done counting ballots using machines, all these extra days now before the deadline Humboldt is chasing only goes toward the argument that while Shasta is hand-counting, Humboldt is still machine counting…

The State legislature will lose any SCOTUS case on the foundation that hand-counting ballots is being made illegal or restricted by State laws…
of course, deadlines for any counting type are all the same… and if history is used to allow illegals firearm rights because history data is used (albeit in reverse for deniability purposes), then history data also applies to hand counting has being the original, time immemorial method…
machine vote counting is an option WHEN naive voters are the top winning ass-kissers…
