Building Behind Bevmo – I hadn’t really looked closely before

Anybody familiar with Eureka know what this used to be? I had to have tires replaced at Costco and so walked to E&F and passed this on foot. Never really took a close look before – located right behind Bevmo. I hope that someone buys up the property and makes use of it – it’s a pretty decent location in the stream of active commerce right there. I’m curious as to the point of the layout.
