LoCo has the story.

If they’re accepting money to provide a service and don’t actually endorse are they in the clear?   The argument is that it would only be a violation if the service is free?  If that’s the case, the law is far too loose to have any meaning.  If five dollars is paid for the service is it a violation?  Ten dollars?

As noted, the campaigns themselves aren’t in any trouble.  But Teen Challenge may be.
