This piece, entitled An Adagio for Boredom, is on display at the Institute of Art here in Chicago. My daughter, who was getting bored with the Lichtenstein exhibit and other art after an hour or two, viewed this thing and started cracking up. It made her day!

Boudicca is a fashion label which is trying to be more intellectual in its approach. It is “investigative rather than simply decorative.”

Honestly, for me the Boudicca display wasn’t the most interesting. Self-indulgent and kind of vacuous. But it made my daughter laugh, so I’m glad it was there. Maybe she has a more profound appreciation than I.
