I attended the Supes. meeting in the ‘People’s Chambers’ yesterday. I read and gave each of the Supes. a copy of the following:
NOTICE OF COMMAND
To: HUMBOLDT INC’S persons acting as supervisors; Virginia Bass, Jimmy Smith, Clif Clendenen, Mark Lovelace, and Ryan Sundberg.
1) Each of your Oaths (certified copy), bond number, and name of Surety with address and telephone number is hereby demanded, for indemnity is engaging in actions outside of your Oath of office in a criminal capacity. Failure to do so may result in charges of fraud, deceit and warring against the Constitution.
2) A signed order to “Consider’ directing staff to prepare an ‘Interim Emergency’ Ordinance, is hereby demanded.
3) What is your definition of an ‘Interim Emergency?’
4) How do you (Supervisors) propose to enforce an illegal ordnance without the chain-of-command i.e. a Chief of Police, and without Constitutional Sheriff?
Now this is the law – fraudulent conveyance of language to extort money and rights from the people per USC title 15, chapter 2(b), section 78ff carries a $25 million fine. So, if you’re going to modify a fact and change it into something that is not what the true definition of the word is, you have a babble of information before you.
The whole program, to protect corpse orate profits, is based on performance. Sure you can use a noun as a verb, just cough up $10,000 every time you do, and go to the ‘Correctional Facility’ for ten years. Now go ahead and perform.
Your true purpose is with-out-standing.
I do not consent to third-party intervenors.
Mail the above numbered demands to:

What crap.
I appreciate their supposed concerns about government intrusions into personal and public privacy, but the courthouse situation with Occupy has never been about free speech.
No one has a problem with the Occupy people voicing their opinion. They’re simply not allowed to violate local laws and other people’s rights to do so. This has nothing to do with the other complaints listed at the beginning of the flier.

Support the right to urinate and defacate in public places. Its freedom of expression man!
Kudos to the BOS for helping out community take back our courthouse.

Fred,
The Constitition of the United States, of which the First Amendment is a part, trumps local laws. Not the other way around.

You’re right Fred, I think we should all just roll-over, and ‘take it’ from our masters, like good little sheeple/debtor/victim/slaves. What do you not understand about the word Treason? Ever checked out Humboldt’s population from 2000-2010? 3%. Govern(control) mente (mind) grew by 17%. Gasoline $4.59/gal, current job ‘recruitments’ (non-productive gov’t employees, Webster’s example sentence), the idiot meters were ‘deployed’ on us. Seattle police are now wearing camouflage -morphing into the military. Are you even awake…at all? Studied history? Not his story, like the crap we were all fed in the public fool system. We were given a republic form of government, if we can keep it. BTW, Oct. 21, 2011 Kamala D. Harris/CA INC’S Attn. General announced that California seceded from the union, and then the legislators voted the same. No, it was not in our Nazi newspapers.
Or perhaps you’re not aware that all of CA INC’S codes are copyrighted by a private, foreign entity -BAR -British Accreditation REGIStry, domiciled in an area called THE CITY, London, and doing business in America as a foreign-based S-Corp thru the State of Illinois, and all of its publishing houses in America. Do you know who Regis was?
IT’S ALL FRAUD. Some of us can see it, others are either too lazy, not interested, or distracted. It is what it is. The point is, we have a right to peacefully assemble PERIOD. The Constitution doesn’t have an added: “Oh, not on city/county/state property,” now does it? Classified city/county, state property (land) just happens to belong to the people. We are the public, THEY are our servants. When my public servant stops serving me, I will remove him/her. The question is…when will enough people of Humboldt be able to let go of Big Daddy’s hand? What if the government isn’t telling them when, how, where, and why to breathe? If we can’t self-govern, then why are we here? No Chief of Police, no recorder, no Post Master General, a Sheriff that is NOT a Constitutional Sheriff – I’d say we’re blocked from justice, and no well-paid-for protection available. How many officers or deputies have a clue what the word ‘duty’ means. THEY just ‘follow’ the unlawful orders of a STATE D.A.–of course, him ordering the police or the deputies IS NOT on his job description. Go on-line and check out all of the cities in CA INC. that ‘dismissed/fired’ their Chief of Police last year. We are without protection. And, the thing we’re up against (all of us) is the @System@.
Come to the meeting Saturday…we either stand together or we’ll be steam-rolled (2.3 mil in prison, 150,000 more in jails)–not much there to be proud of. In November (Occupy Eureka) at 3:00 a.m., heads were beat, ribs broken, 100 some kidnapped & caged. personal property stolen..on who’s orders??? The Mayor hires the Chief of Police, and ONLY the Mayor can fire/dismiss him/her, and ONLY a Chief of Police holds the chain-of-command to order his officers to duty. Not a STATE UNION BAR member D.A. And certainly not an ‘Interim.’ The fact that Eureka does not have a Chief of Police is illegal.
Born here and working for a foreign jurisdiction is the very definition of Traitor. Hand the DA a 1099A and have him fill it out, you’ll see he doesn’t work for us. We’re in transition, and the way to get through it (without blood shed) is education. I’m not saying good, bad, right, wrong…just what is.
Whatever will we do without government? Not that we have one now. And, yes I do have evidence for that claim.
People will perish for lack of education. CA INC is just above Mexico in the ‘school’ education system. We must rescue ourselves, no one is going to do it for us. If you’re comfortably numb, then, that’s o.k. too. Don’t post something you know nothing about.

Courthouse? Courthouse? Do you see ANY justice happening there in the Administration Bldg? The only thing happening is the US insolvent/bankruptcy being administrated…by deceit and fraud. Nothing more. The BOS can’t even form a complete sentence. Look at their agenda…adverb, verb, adverb, verb, adverb, verb. It’s not like they took an IQ test to be in their ‘elected’ positions. Politics -poly ticks, many blood suckers.

The Constitition of the United States, of which the First Amendment is a part, trumps local laws..
The first amendment protects freedom of speech. What that meant is you can’t be prosecuted for criticizing government. Remember that back in the day the framers of the Constitution could be arrested and imprisoned simply for criticizing the King. That’s what the 1st amendment was about.
The Supreme Court has already ruled that the right to free speech is not absolute. For instance, you can’t shout theater in a crowded firehouse. Nor can you disobey local laws and violate others rights to express yourself.
The courthouse debacle stopped being about free speech long ago. Protestors have always been allowed to walk with signs anywhere around the courthouse. They still are.

Except where the county put up a fence. And now as the Board of Supervisors prepares to pass an “emergency ordinance,” to add more restrictions on freedom of assembly in that area, self-styled “libertarian” Fred acts as cheerleader.
With libertarians like Fred, who needs authoritarians?

No, it was not in our Nazi newspapers.
The expectation that our small town BoS are somehow involved, or least are going to be able to change the global issues that Occupy wants to change, is totally unrealistic.
Its annoying when activists lump small town issues into paranoid ramblings about national and global problems. Camouflage police in Seattle? Are you fing kidding me? How can any sane person expect our local government to address this shit?
Occupy is a great movement, but it will fail if cant present coherent realistic ideas.
And whats worse, an incomplete sentence or a run-on sentence? Hippycrates.
March 22, 2012 at 9:39 am
Fred Mangels
…into paranoid ramblings.
I agree with the gist of your comment, however I’d hardly consider some of the items of concern they list as paranoid ramblings. The NDAA, where government can detain Americans indefinitely if simply suspected of terrorism, being one and is quite real. Hey, just cause you’re paranoid…
I am suspicious of their supposed concerns in regards those issues, though. My guess is we’re only hearing of them because they want something to tie in with their insistence they be able to do whatever they want at the courthouse. If the courthouse issue wasn’t there, we’d probably hear nothing from them, at least until a Republican was back in the White House.
March 22, 2012 at 9:49 am
Bolithio
Im just saying that our BoS, or anything within our courthouse, is not responsible for or contributing to those Items of Concern.

“The Mayor hires the Chief of Police, and ONLY the Mayor can fire/dismiss him/her…”
That’s no the way it works in Eureka. Eureka has a “weak mayor” system, where virtually all the power is vested in the City Council and the City Manager that Council hires and supervises. In this system the Mayor presides over City Council meetings and occasionally casts a tie-breaking vote at those meetings (which only happens when one of the five city council members is absent or has to recuse themselved), but beyond that, the mayor’s duties are just ceremonial. Hiring or firing the Chief of Police is not among the Mayor’s very limited set of official powers.
In Eureka, it is the City Manager who hires/fires the Chief of Police, with the approval of the City Council. For example, in the recent case of Chief Garr Nelson being fired, it was City Manager Dave Tyson who did the deed.
Tyson met in closed session with the City Council beforehand, where presumably the majority gave their assent, and then the City Council majority also voted in support of Tyson’s action after the fact. I’m not sure exactly what the Council’s formal role is in the decision-making process — for example, when they voted in support of Tyson’s firing of Nelson after the fact, was that just symbolic, or could they have reversed the decision if they had wanted to?
But since it is the City Council that hires and fires the City Manager, it’s clear that one way or the other, it is the City Council that has the final say in who serves as Chief of Police.

The BOS are not involved??? Nothing exists in a disconnected manner.I’m not suggesting that the BOS will, or can change. Small town, big city, the positions that they took an Oath for is the same. Either they can do what we pay them for, or they won’t. How can local over-paid deputies and officers address this shit? Ahh, just say ‘no.’ Shall we not discuss anything that small town poly ticks choose to close their eyes to? We are a global community, like it or not. Run-on or incomplete sentence, both bad. However, you (as one of the people) are not paying me $150,000, benefits paid for all dependents, sick-leave, vacation, holidays, over-time, blank-check ‘travel expense,’ for producing nothing. Let’s argue amongst ourselves, and defend the criminal parasites, while Rome burns.

tra,
I’d say you’re right. Legal? hard to say. Trying to see the city charter on-line, w/dial-up is vexing. City/County here in Humboldt usually has a twist. In Dec., not that I checked all 57 other counties, but the ones I did check, didn’t close their libraries during holi daze. I don’t read papers much, and in looking for city charter, I came across the ‘hiring brochure’ for new Chief. Clearly states that ‘the city has a cooperative & supporting ‘executive’ team, all working under City Mgr.’ Chief reports directly to City Mgr. That they are taking ‘community policing’ to next level.’ Committed to working closely w/peer dept. heads; dedicated to promoting the development of staff, and leading a professional law enforcement (oxymoron) agency engaged in ‘proactive’ community policing.’ I swear a ‘ghost-writer’ was hired for this fancy conveyance of language.
Don’t misunderstand me, I don’t know any of these persons, and I could be typing the same thing in any of the other city/counties (except for the 8 with Constitutional Sheriffs). The STATE is always society’s enemy…the counties do about the same maneuvers at the same time. Coincidence? Nope.
Hey, what do you think about the Navy’s ‘open-house’ this eve? To bomb the hell out of the coast and west 250 nautical miles. Yes, I live in fear of ‘enemy terrorists’ all the time. Gimmie a break.

Thank you Mitch. Just for info. sake, I didn’t choose the title/label Forest Queen, over ten years ago. I don’t set up email, and don’t attempt changing any of the settings. When I came to knowledge of the inbred, insane, hence gone mad, of the ‘global elite’ rulers-by- force (NOT leaders), I sure did want to change it…tried, and messed up the email on my pc, and there it sets gathering dust. Further along, in my consumption of truth from the tree’s root, I came to realize (make real) that each and every one of us is Queen/King. “A man’s home is his castle.” I don’t ass king (ask) permission from an imagined (or programmed idea) ‘higher human being,’ as we are equal – W(h)oly. We’re either going to stand together, or fall. None of us are short on intelligence. Coming together and sharing our knowledge enables us to see THEIR illusion… the Matrix, (the Mother of all tricks). It’s an open secret at this point. You/me/we/us/people are under full-blown STATE attack…the state is always society’s enemy. Government no longer exists, just ‘for profit’ corpse orations under the Merchant’s rule. ‘For profit,’ no matter what the cost. ‘For profit’ of doll hairs, re-presented as digits on a screen. Just as ‘state’ (of mind) is an idea, so too is money. We can’t pay a debt with a debt, and that’s what all private-owned Federal Reserve Notes are…a promise to pay s o m e day.
So, if you good people can make it to Eureka Tuesday for the supes. meeting, in the PEOPLE’S chamber, I encourage you to come join…and we’ll STAND at-arm’s-length.

Fred, are you a supporter of the Occupy Movement? If you were, you’d know what they are all about and you clearly don’t. You say: “No one has a problem with the Occupy people voicing their opinion.” The FACT IS EVERYONE has problems with these people “voicing their opinion.” What is crap is that people like you are simply trying to use “law” to shut them up.
March 25, 2012 at 1:39 pm
Forest Queen
“Everyone,’ everyone(?) has a problem with them voicing their opinion.” Think again.
Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round peg in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They are not fond of rules. And have no respect for the status quo (the good ol boys club). You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you cannot do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as crazy ones, I see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.
March 25, 2012 at 4:18 pm
Joe Blow
“Think again,” what? The issue is NOT about voicing your opinions. It is about those opinions being heard. No one wants to hear all the people you just defined, so they pass laws to keep their mouths shut. What I see here is that rather then listen to you, Forest Queen, they’re trying to tell you who and what you are and expecting you to roll over and become that. Consequently, very few people really understand what the Occupy Movement is really all about.

Joe Blow, in re-reading your post…I see said the blind man, as he picked up his nails…
You are correct. I’m too quick to defend the Occupiers, and not ‘comprehending’ exactly what you posted, my fault. Apologies…I intend not to offend. We all are striving for the same ideals, and it’s like we’re frogs in water, and the heat is being turned up. And reading further up, of an earlier post of yours…”the BOS aren’t responsible”….well, yeah, the blame clearly rests on my/yours/ours/we/people’s shoulders. However, now we’re awake, and we aren’t going back to sleep! Hold our public servants accountable.

March 27, 2012 at 10:31 am

Actually Kirk, Forest Queen comprehends what I said perfectly. You might take a lesson from him/her and join those members of humanity that are truly “awake.” But then, I take great solace from the fact that few, if any, understood Jesus Christ either. So, what does that say? You might take a lesson from the few that did, and ASK A QUESTION. Of course, that would require you to recognize my legitimacy, which is the real issue here. Which, by the way, is the same problem the Occupy Movement has. Here’s a link to, Evidence Homeland Security Coordinated Occupy Crackdown of the fear and paranoia Awakened People invoke when they demand to be seen and heard.

FQ says, “Hold our public servants accountable.” That’s the real question, isn’t it? How do you do so effectively, responsibly and productively?
I wonder if we’re talking about the same people, “public servants” or public rulers, bought and paid for by the controlling oligarchy? How is anyone justified in “holding” any of these corrupt representatives “accountable” when the overwhelming majority of the community keep electing them? The issue, it seems to me, is NOT with the elected or their pandering pimps, but with the voters.

Having just returned from the Supe’s meeting, and it was packed and a line out the door of speakers. So, I read a Notice of Filing Criminal Charges 1) warring against the Constitution 2) Fraudulent conveyance of language to extort wealth and rights of the people 3) Failure of office 4) Failure of fiduciary duties 4) Failure of substantive due process 5) Involvement with prior knowledge, and pre-meditated fraudulent gross negligence 6) Impersonating a public servant. Then several court rulings…Marbury v. Madison, Bennett v. Boggs, Hurtadi v Calif. “We no longer have a government, just corporations under Merchant’s rule.” Then (for my own protection) I went into what I’m not… a corpse oration, a U.S. citizen, a commodity, a resource, a person,a driver, a passenger, a resident or collateral. Reserved all of my endowed with Natural rights, waiving none ever. Claimed common Law jurisdiction, waived benefit/privileges and claimed a Fee Schedule if myself or any of my brothers or sisters were unlawfully detained, handcuffed, kidnapped, transported or subjected to corporate de facto adjudication process scheme, as a result of peacefully exercising their un a lien able rights and freedoms. 3 min. up. If we had an Oath Keeper anywhere, I’d have continued on into a citizen’s arrest.
THEY voted for it. Someone shouted “bull shit” and I(realizing from the hall area that they were voting, after 3 1/2 hrs) I yelled in…the Urgent (as of today) emergency Ordinance “wasn’t read – California Government Code Section 25123(d).” The agenda even has ‘waive the first reading!!!’ It’s a sad day for Humboldt when one of the people has to go to a neighboring county (8 of em) for aid from an Oath Keeper. We are truly behind the Redwood Curtain. Is this too lengthy? I talked with Niki, the Deputy Clerk of the Board (extra nice lady), told her my part in the last two Tues., left her copies, went to EPD and Sheriff’s Office, and D.A’s office – all three females behind the window told me that any different info. had to come from the Supes.
I’ll check in with Niki tomorrow morning. The copy I left goes into Common Law Grand Jury info., that I wasn’t ‘permitted’ time to read.

I have a link of ‘police state’ in New Mexico, where the officers are paid $500 (per) fatally shooting Americans. It’s dated today. I don’t know how to provide a link. It’s in Albuerque, and the Mayor insists that it stop.

Thanks to Anon and Julia for suggesting that Eric put my blog on his list. I long ago put in a link to this blog on my site, but Eric seems resistant to reciprocate, at least I don’t see the link yet.

Remember when Eric used to be the local blog kingmaker around here? Get a mention in his blog (especially during the Reggae Wars)and traffic went up exponentially. (Ask Kym Kemp) Things got so hot that Eric had to change his phone number, get Heraldo to run his blog for him, and send Les Sher out to get his groceries. Well a lot has happened since then and as Eric slogs out of irrelevancy and into his comeback in this hot election season I suggest he update his local blog roll, almost all of them defunct, to make room for brazen upstarts like John Hardin and his acrid views. (John needs trolls and haters to mess with his freaky head–did you see the hit piece he did on AnnaBanana?)
Just wondering…

I put his blog on my list anon.
I have had the same phone number for 17 years now, but yes, especially during the Reggae War, I got lots of angry calls – usually about something someone else posted. Heraldo has stepped in a couple of times when I was on vacation.
And I haven’t checked my list in probably a couple of years. I’m sure there’s plenty of deadwood.
