Here's good overview article that I think is worth blogging about. Though it doesn't make an analysis of the various policy viewpoints, it mentions differing points of view that are really the basis for lot of political debate. Unfortunately IMO, most people don't care about going through an analysis and instead vote based on candidates' sound bites and image. That results in voter ignorance of the actual effects of government policies, disempowering them from being the democratic "People".
