If it comes to a vote watch for Rand Paul’s. He should be backing it, as should the other T-party folks. Even if we add in the States Rights Southerners there probably won’t be enough votes to pass it, but wouldn’t it be loverly?

I want to believe the Tea Party folk will vote for it, but I don’t think much of the libertarian element made it into office, though they did have some candidates.
But if it comes to the Senate, we could get some help from Scott Brown who has to think left somewhat as he’s facing reelection in Massachusetts and is already in a little trouble on Medicare. And also the two Republican women in Maine, which I believe is one of the Medical Marijuana states.

Ron Paul would be the one to watch in whatever vote comes first since he’s in the House and Rand is in the Senate.
