You’re usually hot on the pot stories, oh yes unless they shine a bad light on our local hero medicine farmers.
Greedy Greedy Greedy. So much for the myth that pot growers aren’t violent. Kind of looks like he might have gottne away with it if he were a better shot. Just think how many other victims may be buried in them thar hills.
But of course this maggot is inocent until proven guilty. I wonder what your DA will do with this defendant? He’ll probably go all law and order and over charge the dude, then if he wins the election he can pled him out to probation or whatever then have a beer summit with him.

Of course I’m yanking your chain abit Eric. I would expect at least a comment or two about how horrible it is that these illegals get brought up from wherever to do the hard work and then get shot instead of being paid. It’s absolutely shameful and you pos some youtube crap.

Men or women it’s still a horrible crime.
There will be a complication due to the immigration status of the victims but how complicated? Time will tell how “complicated” it is.
Even it Humboldt County with so many people making money off the marijuana industry I don’t seee any jury appeal for this guy.

If the facts are as reported?? What? No matter what the one human being was shot dead and another shot in the face. Not to mention the 3rd guy that was terrorized. Do you think this story or incident was made up to make your friend (someone you know, maybe not a real friend) look bad? Is it a conspiracy by the sheriffs, the DA, and the Times Standard?
It seems that certain facts are “as reported”, one man was shot to death, one shot and seriously injured, one suspect was arrested, and that suspect had marijuana at his house and a big marijuana grow.
It would be nice to know if they found the gun with Mykal Wild when he was arrested. And if they found similar ammunition at his house.
