The article is scant on details, but assuming the guy just happened to walk out the front door (as opposed to a stakeout) at the wrong time (as opposed to a stakeout), it’s probably not a good idea to just carry a pot plant into publicly viewed space.

Why is it always a “sophisticated marijuana growing operation.” Isn’t it ever a “half-assed marijuana growing operation,” or a “simple” one? What does sophisticated even mean in this context?
