Hold the presses. Breaking news on KMUD tonight. It turns out Hagen has tried one (1) felony case in court after all (illegal dumping charge). So that should make him qualified to be the DA.

Is a felony case fundamentally different from a misdemeanor case? Same standard of proof. Same rules of evidence.
You really need a different meme. The “Arcata environmentalist maffia” is much more interesting.
