Pretending to want a reduction in nuclear arms at the same time we have been increasing nuclear weapons capabilities steadily year after year. We have these talks based on archaic notions of “Number of Warheads.” When we have now developed projectiles that have a destructive power equal to 20 or 30 of the old missiles. I would say that is pretty hypocritical. I bet Israel has more destructive force in a suitcase, than a Russian nuclear submarine. Don’t ya just love modern technology?
