The problem with universal health care

I’ll do this topic more justice another time, when I have some time.  However, I’ve been reading and listening to the debate around health care.  Usually, the conservative arguments about government programs revolve around the inefficiency of government.  But some of the arguments this time are taking a different tack.  The concern is that private companies won’t be able to compete with social medicine.

Am I the only human on the planet who doesn’t have any problem with that?
