I have been made aware that people calling Bank of America to find out if their mortgages are backed by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac are being told that “we are not releasing that information.”
I suspect it is not legal for them to withhold that information, but that will have to wait for a class action. For those who call your bank and receive the same treatment I suggest that you apply for the relief anyway. The federal government is supposed to have the program in place by March 4. Force the banks to process the applications which could be avoided if they are honest with their customers.
I’ll post whatever information I can find on the procedure for applying for relief.

Whatever happened they got eaten. I saw a story on Good Morning America last week that many people are now using 3 words to stall their foreclosures and it’s working for them. The 3 words are Produce the Title. Mortgages have been bundled and sold and resold and no one knows who owns what. Think about it. There’s a form to fill out to apply for the original and who owns it.

Two things that really irk. One is Obama, and his people, threatening the mayors who are to receive stimulus money. “We’re watching closely…” Gawd! what nerve, “Oh, we’ll just let the thieves that stole the first trillion dollars off the hook, no, no reason to go after them, but you Mayors, we got an eye on you…”
the other thing, is the traitor republicans, who supported the criminal Cabal, are threatening to withhold money, because it legally has to go to unemployment benefits. that traitor on the radio, was saying that forcing Governors to spend the money in social programs was against the people….how do they keep spouting this bullshit. they are traitors, I’m so sick of watching our domestic enemies commit treason against us over and over and since they own our media, they are held up as paragons of virtue.

Mr. Greenjeans
Moviedad, they should have kept a close eye on where the money was going regarding the thieves in the banking industry. You are absolutely right…er… correct. Just becasue they screwed up does not meant that they should not watch every $100,000 this time around. Whoever gets the money needs to be watched with an eagle eye becasue as the Republicans have shown us nobody can be trusted… ever!!
I suggest that you do not listen to the “traitor on the radio” and only find reports about what he is up to. Listening to him for any length of time can be harmful to your mental health let alone your radio.

The traitor on the radio (we are talking rush here I think) is saying such Un-American things and I believe the reason is he makes $33,000.000.00 a year and he has to come up with ever more bizarre things to say. No excuse, the guy is a PIG. An extremely rich PIG. I don’t understand how people can even listen to him.

[...] know, the loans have to be backed by Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae. And as I posted last week, the banks may not be too helpful. I’ll find some info about the procedure for application and post it [...]
