His attorneys have been hinting at it and now it’s come out of Coleman’s mouth.
He caught a break yesterday. After two hours Franken’s team moved to strike the entire testimony because Coleman had flagrantly violated the disclosure process. The motion was granted by a very angry court, but the court obviously slept on it and this morning decided it was being too harsh.
In the meantime, several weeks after it was brought to the Minnesota Supreme Court, there is still no ruling on Franken’s motion to certify the election results while the legal action is pending so that Minnesota has some representation during a long and tedious trial which some have accused Coleman of deliberately dragging out. The count is currently Franken with 249+.
Addendum: Here’s a pretty good summary.

Isn’t that how CA became “governated’?

I’ve never heard of one Ernie, and I doubt the court can order one under Minnesota law or Coleman would be citing the law by now.

California got Arnold because Gray Davis was recalled. That was a recall election. What they want to do in Minnesota is do the election over. I can’t cite any law, but I understand that once an election is held, all they can do is sort out who won. What they are doing in Minnesota is sorting out legitimate votes.
What we need is a voting system where the vote is unequivocal, a black or a white, or a yes or a no. No room for doubt or argument.

The closest thing that I could think of would be last years 2nd district supervisors race where Johanna Rodoni was aidied by vaue interpretation into getting onto the ballot in November.
Coleman is so set on obstructing this that if a law would allow it,he would be all over it by now,as the recount isn’t going at all his way.

The longer Coleman carries on this charade the more idiotic he looks.
